The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Drive digital marketing strategy across web, social, mobile, and e-commerce
Lead the planning and performance of omni-channel marketing campaigns
Oversee content, UX/UI enhancements, SEO, and conversion optimisation
Collaborate with internal teams to merge digital and physical customer experiences
Manage data-driven reporting, digital performance metrics, and post-campaign insights
Ensure governance, compliance, and platform integrity across all digital channels
Manage digital media buying, agency partnerships, and stakeholder relationships

Minimum requirements:
Eight-plus years’ experience in digital and marketing environments (retail/e-commerce preferred)
Deep understanding of social platforms, digital media mix, UX, SEO, and analytics
Strong experience with Google Marketing Cloud, CMS platforms, and campaign reporting
Excellent project management, communication, and strategic thinking skills
A degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or equivalent (Google certifications preferred)
Experience in IT service management or web-based systems
A creative mindset with data-driven decision-making
Ability to lead, inspire, and influence cross-functional teams
