As we scale, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior account executive to join our client service team.
Role Overview
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career, eager to grow within a digital agency environment. You’ll be a key support to our client service and campaign management teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, clients feel informed and supported, and reporting is delivered with accuracy and insight.
Key responsibilities
Client communication support
Draft client emails, updates, and status reports
Sit in on client calls and compile action points
Help maintain project timelines and track deliverables
Campaign coordination
Assist in briefing internal teams (design, social, paid media)
Monitor the progress of live campaigns and flag issues
Coordinate internal reviews and approvals
Reporting and data support
Compile monthly campaign performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets and platform data
Organise and track key campaign metrics
Assist with basic performance analysis and recommendations
Admin and operational support
Keep client folders and project management systems up to date
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Prepare presentations, documents, and meeting agendas as needed
What we’re looking for
1–2 years of experience in an administrative, support, or junior account role (marketing/digital agency experience is a bonus)
A natural organiser with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team
Interest in digital marketing and the desire to build a career in client service
