You’ll work closely with senior leadership across our group of companies—gaining exposure to real-time strategy implementation and operational excellence.

Your key focus areas will include:
Assisting in the design and execution of business strategies across the group
Driving operational efficiency and supporting cross-functional initiatives
Conducting market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
Preparing reports, presentations, and project updates for executive teams
Participating in special projects and innovation streams

Minimum requirements:
MBA degree completed.
Must be based in Western Cape, South Africa
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment

1. Strategic thinking

2. Analytical skills
Strong proficiency in data interpretation, modeling, and decision-making
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL a plus

3. Project management
Organizing and leading cross-functional initiatives
Managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
Use of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
4. Financial acumen
Understanding of financial statements and KPIs
Budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
Exposure to cost control and revenue optimization
5. Communication and presentation
Ability to present findings to senior stakeholders clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication
Creating executive-level reports and strategy decks
6. Operations management
Exposure to business processes, workflows, and efficiency improvements
Lean methodology or Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous
Understanding of supply chain, logistics, or systems management (depending on industry)
7. Leadership and collaboration
Ability to work well in team settings across departments
