Junior Restaurant Manager – Upmarket Grillhouse – Muldersdrift Area

As Junior Restaurant Manager you will:
Support the senior management team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional guest service.
Be actively involved in front-of-house leadership, team coordination, and maintaining high service standards.

This is a hands-on role that offers great potential for growth within a successful franchise group.

You will be groomed to take on more senior responsibilities over time, making this a great stepping stone in your management career.

Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant experience in a supervisory or junior management role

Strong customer service orientation and leadership potential

Must reside in the Muldersdrift area or be willing to relocate

A valid driver’s license is advantageous

Ambitious, eager to grow, and passionate about the hospitality industry

Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
