Admissions Clerk - Hospital group (Klerksdorp)

Providing a prompt, courteous service to all patients, visitors, wards, doctors, colleagues and other hospitals.​

Admitting of all patients accurately on the SAP system according to hospital policies and procedures.​

Manage the collection of co-payments and private fees.​

Liaising with medical aids to obtain authorisation for all admissions.​

High standard of data capturing of completed forms and scanning of relevant documentation.​

Telephone answering duties as per hospital policies.​

Receiving and handling of cash according to company cash management protocols.​

Candidate needs to be flexible and reliable with regards to working hours including night duty, weekends and overtime (shifts – day / night).​

It can be expected of the candidate to work at any of the other Hospitals in Klerksdorp if needed.

Grade 12​

Bilingual​
