Job Description
Supervised responsibilities may include:
Develop Client Relationships
- The trainee will focus on building strong relationships with existing clients and potential new customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with senior account managers to learn and understand account management best practices, strategies, and techniques.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide support, and address their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, client updates, and other relevant documentation to support account management efforts.
- Participate in sales activities, such as making outbound calls, attending client meetings, and developing sales materials.
- Maintain and update customer records and account performance data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust.
Strong Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients is crucial.
- A basic understanding of sales principles and techniques is helpful, particularly for those looking to transition into a full-fledged account manager role.
- The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on data is valuable.
- The ability to identify and solve client issues and address their needs effectively is important.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines is essential
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
