Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Contribute to the development and execution of quarterly marketing strategies aligned with broader business goals.
  • Report on KPIs, campaign performance, and insights to the senior leadership team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape narratives, press initiatives, and growth opportunities.
  • Initiate and manage strategic lead generation partnerships.

Full-Funnel Campaign Execution

  • Develop and oversee educational and value-led content across key themes.
  • Deliver full-funnel marketing that guides audiences from awareness to action.
  • Generate qualified leads across target audiences including landlords, investors, and social housing providers.

Team Management

  • Lead a small in-house content team:
  • Videographer – oversee shoot planning, storyboarding, and editing direction.
  • Social Media Assistant – manage scheduling, captions, and content publishing.
  • Engagement Lead – monitor replies, community interaction, and direct messages.
  • Foster a fast-paced, feedback-driven, and high-quality content production culture.

Performance & Platform Growth

  • Drive lead generation through Meta campaigns, social content, and email marketing.
  • Optimise funnels via CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and internal communities.
  • Deliver performance insights to improve CPL, CAC, engagement, and conversion rates.

Brand & Content Strategy

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and website.
  • Lead SEO and AI-driven discoverability strategies for organic growth.
  • Oversee production of case studies, newsletters, guides, and webinars.
  • Support development of thought leadership, investor communication, and public-facing media.


Qualifications and Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in full-funnel marketing, ideally in property, impact-led, or investment sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage creatives in a remote setting.
  • Proven expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot or Go High Level) and Meta advertising.
  • Confident communicator with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Creative instincts with a strong grasp of video-first platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Fast learner with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.


Desirable (Bonus):

  • Experience in property, real estate, or social housing sectors.
  • Familiarity with UK property law or the Renters' Rights Bill.
  • Skills in video editing or digital asset creation.
  • Community or membership platform experience.
