As a Creditors Administrator , you will play a key role in managing all creditor-related activities. You will handle reconciliations, document processing, and payments, while maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has sound accounting knowledge, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to work within a high-performance, values-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing 30-day and month-end creditors and reconciliations
Preparing and loading supplier payments
Investigating and resolving creditor account queries
Completing open item matching and GL reallocations
Reconciling cashbooks and supplier accounts
Maintaining accurate records and verifying supplier details in PAN
Supporting audits and ensuring statutory compliance
Assisting with weekly cash flow forecasting
Collaborating with finance teams in Cape Town and Warehouse units
Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
3–5 years’ experience in a similar Creditors/Finance Admin role
Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Advanced Excel skills essential
Familiarity with inventory environments and PANStrat system advantageous
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
