Operations Manager

About the job Reporting to the DNAF Customer Service & Logistics Manager, you will be in charge of the local operations in South Africa, from the replenishment orders with European Supply point to the local customers deliveries through our local warehouses.

Your main missions will be the following:

• Ensure local customer satisfaction with strong part on the state hospitals management and service with accountability of local Customer Filling Rate reporting and animation
• Manage order deliveries and animate local monthly sales cockpit
• Animate the local third parties to ensure safety, quality, service and costs of our operations
• Manage the logistic local budget and animate third parties
• Be accountable of local product expiries and stock projection
• Place replenishment orders to SN supply points to ensure right local level of stock
• Guarantee the proper execution of the product custom clearance
• Being the quality SPOC for South Africa

You’re KPIs are the following:

• Customer Filling Rate
• Replenishment Filling Rate

• Logistic budget (inc expiries)
• SA cockpit

Your stakeholders

• internally: Sales managers, Country managers, Demand planner, Customer & Logistic manager, SNU deployment team, Planning, Quality, Finance
• externally: customers, logistics third parties

About you ABOUT YOU

• Education: You have a higher education degree equivalent to Master
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain

Required skills:

• Tools/Software: Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus.
• Technical Skills: decision-making, analytical thinking, prioritization, customer satisfaction orientation, knowledge of export specifics (regulations, incoterms, documentation, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Autonomy, strong conviction and tenacity, initiative, proactivity, ability to propose solutions, ability to animate external stakeholders.
• Languages: English fluent, Zulu and Xhosa medium level.
