Kern doel van die pos:

Voorsien generiese Menslike Hulpbrondienste aan besigheid.

Minimum Vereistes:

  • Graad 12, met ‘n toepaslike tersiêre kwalifikasie in Menslike Hulpbronne Bestuur /Bedyfsielkunde;
  • 2 jaar toepaslike generiese menslike hulpbronne ondervinding in ‘n vakbond georiënteerde omgewing;
  • Omvattende kennis van Suid Afrikaanse Arbeids Wetgewing;
  • Geldige rybewys.

Vaardighede:

  • Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels (IsiXhosa sal ook voordelig wees);
  • Goeie kennis van werwing en keuring; prestasiebestuur, organisasie ontwikkeling, arbeidsverhoudinge en posevaluering;
  • Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
  • Die vermoë om goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge te kan handhaaf;
  • Innoverende denker;
  • Probleemoplossingsvaardighede;

Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Generiese dienslewering aan toegewese streke;
  • Implementering en adviesdienste rakende prestasiebestuur;
  • Arbeidsadviesdienslewering;
  • Implementering van organisasieontwikkelingsprojekte;
  • Koӧrdineer en adviseer rakende werwing, keuring en plasing;
  • Koӧrdineer personeeladministrasie;
  • Adviseur rakende beroepsgesondheid -en veiligheid;
  • Professionele ontwikkeling.


Main purpose of the position:

Provide generalist human resources services to the business.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12, with a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology;
  • 2 years experience as an HR generalist in a unionised environment;
  • Sound knowledge of all SA Labour Legislation;
  • Valid drivers license.

Skills:

  • Computer literate (MS Office);
  • Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English (IsiXhosa will be beneficial);
  • Good knowledge of recruitment, performance management, organisational development, Human Resources Analytics, Employee relations & IR issues and job analysis;
  • Must be able to thrive under pressure;
  • The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
  • Innovative thinker;
  • Good problem solving skills;
  • Good decision making skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Generic delivery of human resources related services;
  • Implementation and advice on Performance Management;
  • Provision of sound industrial relations advice;
  • Implementation of organisational development projects;
  • Coordination and advice in terms of recruitment;
  • Coordination of personnel administration;
  • Provide advice in terms of occupational health and safety;
  • Professional development.
