We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Business Requirement Manager to strengthen our Sales Excellence & Operations team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of aligning business needs with cutting-edge sales tools and global processes, driving operational excellence across our organization
Key responsibilities
Sales Tools & Process Optimization
- Lead the definition and implementation of tool requirements in alignment with global governance, sales strategy, and IT standards
- Support the development of scalable foundations for sales, marketing, and customer success tools—enhancing both internal efficiency and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT) to manage changes across all sales platforms
Global Collaboration & Governance
- Act as a bridge between global and local teams to ensure best practices are shared and implemented effectively
- Contribute to global sales governance initiatives and continuous process improvement
- Ensure local compliance with global standards and drive harmonization across regions
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or CRM/Tool Management
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
- A sharp analytical thinker with strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in project management and working in matrix organizations
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change and innovation
