Junior Process Mapping and Improvement Specialist

Role Description

• Customer Satisfaction - The Customer Survey Report will be used as a measuring tool for this indicator
• Processing - Ensure timeous processing and adherence of deadlines (ISO and internal)
• Efficiency - Analyzing, Compiling, Mapping and Improving new and existing processes. Maintaining ISO Documents on SharePoint.
• Risk Management - Ensure information to be captured accurately and documentation recorded with precision and there are no repetitive errors.

Key Performance Areas

Annual ISO Audits:

• Updating of ISO documents on SharePoint for annual audits.

Process Analysis & Design:

• Perform analysis on current business processes and identify areas of improvement, bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Perform analysis on current business processes and identify areas which will be beneficial for automation.
• Design business processes for effective and efficient business operation and workflow streamlining.
• Document process changes and update standard operating procedures.

Business Engagement:

• Facilitate and Work with internal business units to identify areas requiring process implementation.
• Work closely with IT and other business units for the implementation of approved processes.
• Assist with rolling out of new processes.
• Participate in ongoing efforts to improve processes.

Departmental:

• Updating SharePoint with Relief Notices.
• Compiling Risk Notification Packs from input received.
• Performing Risk Notification Closures on SAP from input received.
• When required verification of PODs.
• When required verifying Site GPS Coordinates.
• When required verifying Site Addresses.
• When required capturing SAP Real Estate and SAP Function Location Site, Building and Land data.
• When required performing monthly Customer Satisfaction and Cleaning and Hygiene Surveys.
• When required updating BMW Floor and Room Data on SAP.

Experience

• 
  3-5 Year’s minimum demonstration of work experience in process improvement or similar role.

• Qualification in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering field would be advantageous.
