Optimi is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented DebiCheck Consultant to join our dynamic Sales team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate must have strong telephonic sales experience, excellent administrative
skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.

REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Sales/Marketing qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years in a sales-related role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Fluent in Afrikaans (advantageous)
DUTIES
- Make daily calls to customers for DebiCheck mandate acceptance.
- Initiate mandates where needed.
- Escalate technical/system issues requiring Hyphen support.
- Follow provided call scripts aligned with QA standards.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities (e.g., Optimi Plus products).
- Monitor daily mandate reports (BOD, Data Files, EOD).
- Administer related messages and ensure mandate status accuracy.
- Submit accurate daily reports on performance, trends, and insights.
- Assist in preparing reporting data for seniors and management.
- Ensure all systems and sales software are up to date with relevant actions and notes.
- Provide overflow support on leads and tickets.
- Assist team leaders and management with admin tasks.
- Reassign unallocated tickets and follow up on lead status.
- Follow scheduled work and break times.
- Complete after-call tasks efficiently.
- Prioritise work items based on urgency and impact.
