MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural qualification – minimum, a Diploma
• Strong leadership skills
• Familiar with Global GAP standards and good administrative skills
• Technically strong in citrus program – pest control, fertilization and irrigation.
• Ability to speak local language an advantage
• Valid code 14 driving license

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Plan work, allocate responsibilities/work, lead and supervise workers.
• Manage irrigation schedules; ensure accurate execution of spray and fertilization programs.
• Maximise productivity at the highest quality level and ensure export requirements are met.
• Monitors harvest
• Keep records of all work done
• Well keeping of farm equipment; reporting breakages; submitting required materials e.g. chemicals, fertilizers.
