The Role


Do you have good Pastel experience, and have you worked with stock? Our client is searching for you!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include:

  • Capturing supplier invoices / supplier control
  • Capturing customer invoices / customer control
  • Inventory control management
  • Stock knowledge and stock control experience
  • Knowledge of VAT and it’s applications in the workplace.


Skills and Experience


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Someone who is confident, energetic and technically savvy.
  • At least three years’ working experience with Pastel and good Excel.
  • Understanding of general ledger or basic bookkeeping.
  • Ability to converse with customers in excellent English and Afrikaans.
  • A people person that can work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to share workload on some Saturdays.
  • Someone that can be a role model to other staff members and share knowledge.
  • As this is an urgent position only candidates already residing in the Knysna area will be considered.
