Do you have good Pastel experience, and have you worked with stock? Our client is searching for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include:
- Capturing supplier invoices / supplier control
- Capturing customer invoices / customer control
- Inventory control management
- Stock knowledge and stock control experience
- Knowledge of VAT and it’s applications in the workplace.
Skills and Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Someone who is confident, energetic and technically savvy.
- At least three years’ working experience with Pastel and good Excel.
- Understanding of general ledger or basic bookkeeping.
- Ability to converse with customers in excellent English and Afrikaans.
- A people person that can work well under pressure.
- Must be able to share workload on some Saturdays.
- Someone that can be a role model to other staff members and share knowledge.
- As this is an urgent position only candidates already residing in the Knysna area will be considered.
