MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Previous fruit farming experience
• Computer literate
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets
• Must be willing to travel
• Maintenance orientated

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Dealing with Fresh Fruit Farm Growers with fruit procurement, farm visits, specifications and audits.
• Attend to factory maintenance and breakdowns on all equipment / machinery in/for the factory.
• Maintenance Schedules and Plans, with budgets.
• Boiler maintenance / management.
• Water treatment and pest control management.
• It is important to be able to work as part of the food safety management team
