Unitrans is looking for a dynamic and driven Industrial Engineer to help shape smarter, faster, and more efficient operations.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Engineer who is enthusiastic, analytical, and willing to be mobile. The successful candidate will be based at various operational sites and play a vital role in driving continuous improvement across our agricultural transport and logistics functions.

You will work closely with site teams to design and optimise business processes, improve routing and scheduling, map workflows, and implement controls that ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and accurate reporting.

The incumbent will be someone who has a high work ethic, an exceptional aptitude with regards to systems analysis, and design, as well as being self-driven and motivated to achieve successful outcomes.
