About the Role:

Campari Group is the home of iconic global spirits - and in South Africa, we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a dynamic Brand and Channel & Customer Marketing Specialist to help us drive that growth by executing full-funnel TTL (through-the-line) brand plans across our House of Cognac & Champagne and House of Tequila portfolio.

In this newly evolved role, you’ll work directly with the Brand Manager to bring our brands to life - not only through creative storytelling, but through smart, commercially-led activations across both off-trade and on-trade channels. You’ll sit at the nexus of brand, customer, and commercial, helping us drive visibility, velocity, and affinity from the shelf to the serve.

This role reports into the Brand Manager, House of Cognac & Champagne and House of Tequila.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the TTL marketing plans for Courvoisier, Bisquit & Dubouché, Espolòn Tequila and Lallier, in alignment with brand and commercial priorities
  • Build out and implement customer- and channel-specific activations that are insight-led, locally relevant, and commercially effective
  • Partner with the Brand Manager to adapt global brand strategies to the unique South African context - blending culture with commerce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial teams and agency partners to deliver flawless execution across the on-premise and off-premise
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting for your portfolio’s marketing initiatives
  • Track and measure performance across brand equity, trade impact, and business KPIs.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in brand, trade, or customer marketing. Prior experience in the spirits industry is required
  • Experience activating brands across retail and on-premise environments
  • Strong project management skills and commercial thinking
  • Culturally plugged-in and passionate about building brands that resonate locally
  • Resilient, agile, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
