Description
Responsible for managing the full branded P&L, supporting Brand Managers and the Finance Director. Prepares financial reports and insights to guide strategic decisions and improve profitability. Acts as a business partner to brand teams, ensuring financial viability, ROI, and compliance with financial policies and processes.

Responsible for managing the full branded P&L, supporting Brand Managers and the Finance Director. Prepares financial reports and insights to guide strategic decisions and improve profitability. Strategy & Planning
- Lead brand estimates, budgeting, and CAPEX planning.
- Consolidate and reforecast P&L to meet financial targets.
- Input and manage financial models for planning and reporting.
- Provide commercial support and analysis to brand teams.
- Collaborate with Regional FP&A; advise on financial policies and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards; educate non-finance staff.
- Support financial controls and operational projects.
- Prepare monthly entries and monitor sales and expenses.
- Deliver timely financial and commercial reports using SAP, Onestream, BI.
- Provide commentary, KPI tracking, and ad hoc analysis.
- Assess financial impact of projects and initiatives.
- Promote financial literacy and process automation.
- Simplify reporting to support better decision-making.
- Manage corporate models (COGs, GTN, A&P, Employee Costs, etc.).
- Track variances, ensure data integrity, and drive corrective actions.
- Leverage CRM insights, monitor economic risks, and evaluate ad spend effectiveness.
- Experience in Finance and business analytics
- Experience in a fast-moving consumer products industry
- Accounting/Auditing experience is preferable
- SAP
- Onestream and BI (Business Intelligence)
- Advanced Excel,

- MS Office
