Key Responsibilities
- Provide external and internal support on systems and software queries.
- Maintain system components and ensure reliable deployment of new features.
- Take ownership of software issues, collaborating with Development Teams to resolve advanced problems.
- Document, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently.
- Collaborate with teams and individuals across the organisation, acting as a technical mentor and problem-solving partner.
- Perform advanced root cause analysis on bugs and databases.
- Configure and maintain in-house schedules and scripting.
- Automate processes and implement efficient workflows.
- Ensure application solutions meet business needs while remaining agile and adaptable for future demands.
- Manage the design (technical specs), building, and sustainability of in-house applications, adhering to SDLC and change control processes.
- Oversee integration, manageability, and sustainability of hosted or procured system applications.
- Apply governance and compliance principles to mitigate risks and ensure security.
- Coaching and mentoring skills.

- Relevant tertiary IT degree/diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with:
- C#
- .NET Framework & Core, ASP.NET Web API.
- Web Services/API integrations.
- Experience with:
- Queueing frameworks (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Azure DevOps, CI/CD, TSQL, WCF
- SSIS, SSRS, MS SharePoint.
- API refactoring or web service modernisation.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
