Dischem - Perm - 1 Position - Snr Talent Acquisition & EB Manager

To develop and execute Business enterprise-wide talent acquisition and employer branding strategies, ensuring the attraction, engagement, and retention of talent across the business. This role plays a key part in shaping the organisation's employee value proposition (EVP), enabling Business to remain a leading employer of choice in South Africa's evolving workforce landscape.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology

Minimum 6 - 9 years in Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years in an employer branding or senior recruitment leadership capacity.
*
Experience working across complex, multi-site organisations (preferably in retail, FMCG, healthcare, or supply chain).
*
Proven experience using data and tech platforms to modernise recruitment and branding.
*
Strong exposure to transformation, skills development, and equity legislation (EE, BBBEE, SD)
