As the face of the brand, the Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring seamless guest stays and smooth property operations. You will manage guest communications, oversee check-ins and check-outs, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, and provide an exceptional level of service that reflects our commitment to luxury.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Management:
Manage Airbnb and direct booking enquiries
Support guest vetting and onboarding
Welcome guests, manage check-ins, and assist with check-outs
Respond to guest queries and resolve issues effectively
Enforce property rules and assist in remedial action if needed
Property Oversight:
Coordinate linen and housekeeping teams
Conduct pre-arrival quality checks and troubleshoot technical issues
Monitor and report on stock levels, breakages, and missing items
Perform routine inspections and coordinate repairs/maintenance
Admin Support:
Organise housekeeping transport (e.g. Uber bookings)
Keep accurate records of guest interactions, maintenance, and expenses
Previous experience in a luxury 5-star hotel/guest house environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication
High-level customer service and attention to detail
Confident with multitasking and working independently
Skilled in Microsoft Office and property management software
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Estate agent accreditation is advantageous
Between 3 - 5 Years
