42courses is on a mission to make learning irresistible. We create online courses that don’t suck, used by some of the smartest marketing teams and agencies around the world (think Cannes Lions meets productivity meets real-world skills).
But here’s the deal: we need a sales pro.
Someone who already gets the marketing world, already knows who to call, and doesn’t need a script to say “Hey, wanna buy something amazing?”
Someone who lives for the chase, thrives on deals, and has their own CRM graveyard of closed-won victories.
We’re after an experienced B2B sales human to help us scale like crazy. You’ll be closing deals with brands, agencies, and possibly entire countries (we’re ambitious). If you can spot new markets and go “Hey, why aren’t we selling there?”, even better.
What you’ll do:
Sell our award-winning online courses to businesses (mostly in the marketing world, but go wild).
Open doors with your own contacts or cold ones, just open them.
Think globally. Sell globally. Sleep locally (preferably in your own bed, since it’s remote).
Work autonomously. If you need constant cheerleading and check-ins, we’re not the gig for you.
Earn generous, no-nonsense commissions. The more you sell, the more you make. Novel, right?
You’ll need:
Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the marketing or learning space.
A brain full of initiative and a spine full of hustle.
Actual existing relationships in the marketing/agency world (bonus points).
Charm, confidence, and a voice that doesn’t tremble when you say “Let’s talk numbers.”
What we don’t offer:
Hand-holding.
Micromanagement.
Boring Zoom calls.
