Senior Content Manager

Do you have content migration experience? Are you proficient in multiple CMS?

Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional solutions to our clients, and we are seeking a Senior Content Manager to join our team.

Our new team member will be responsible for adding and managing content across websites using content management systems, so an eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will be a quick-thinking self-starter who is happy to pick up the phone and talk to our clients and document the best ways of working in the content system. This will be a remote position with you ideally based in the Cape Town area.

Responsibilities

• Create pages and edit content for use on websites using content provided
• Manage content in DAMs and/or PIMs
• Identify improvements that can be made in content management processes
• Create presentations for client workshops and reports on content management status
• Guide other team members with best practices and advice for the project
• Create user guides and training materials and training teams in the use of the solution

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in the use of CMS, PIM or DAM with large or multinational websites, especially hands-on experience with AEM, Contentful or Contentstack
• Proven experience in leading content migration projects
• Experience in creating Runbooks/Playbooks for content management
• Knowledge in creating training materials for content management
• Ability to work across multiple tasks in parallel to deadlines
• Practical knowledge of HTML
• Proactive self-starter, not afraid to ask the right questions
• Experience in delivering to and servicing customers
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Eye for detail and accuracy
