Are you a digitally savvy storyteller with a passion for engaging content and vibrant online communities? We’re on the lookout for a content creator and social media coordinator to join our dynamic communications team and help bring our brand stories to life.
What you’ll do:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
Craft compelling captions and generate creative ideas that align with brand goals.
Produce basic visual content—graphics, reels, short videos—using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or InShot.
Manage content calendars and use platforms like Meta Business Suite to schedule posts.
Engage with our audience: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Track performance metrics and assist in compiling monthly analytics reports.
Collaborate with designers and the broader brand team on campaigns, launches, and community-building initiatives.
Stay on top of the latest trends in social media, bringing fresh ideas to grow and inspire our audience.
Ideal candidate:
1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with a good sense of tone and audience.
Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities.
Highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Willing to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
