Store Manager – Leading Asian Cuisine Franchise – Cape Town (Multiple Locations)

Our client, a well-established and much-loved Asian cuisine franchise, is urgently hiring Store Managers for multiple outlets across Cape Town. These are not senior-level roles but require individuals who have previously worked in a supervisory or management capacity within a fast-paced restaurant or QSR environment.

The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a small team, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring the smooth running of service, stock, and hygiene controls. A willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

This role offers a competitive starting salary of approximately R10,500 per month, with the potential to earn more depending on experience. Own transport is not essential but will be an advantage.

Previous experience as a Store Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a restaurant/QSR environment

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team effectively

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Own transport beneficial, but not essential

Immediate availability preferred
