We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and passionate individual to join our Global Project Management Team in a specialist Digital Qualitative Project Manager role, based in our Durban office.
This role is a desk-based role which will be a critical link between suppliers and Qualitative practitioners at MMR, ensuring that our digital qual projects are optimised for efficiency and effectiveness.
About the role
You will be part of the wider Global Qual Team and will have exposure to powerful methodologies on a wide range of research challenges. No two projects or briefs are ever the same, so the role comes with a wide range of variety to get your teeth stuck into!
This role will specialise in our digital methodologies (e.g. MROCs, Virtual Focus Groups / IDIs) but will also give you the opportunity to work as part of an experienced and dynamic broader global project management team.
We are on a growth trajectory, and we want someone who can contribute to and support this
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the Project Management of Digital Projects Scheduling and running internal kick-off calls Drafting timelines Writing/designing screeners Preparing commissioning/briefing documents (both internal and external) Arrange project logistics Checking participant profiles Liaising with suppliers Looking after project financials (e.g. costing, commissioning, invoicing, ‘postmortems’) ️ Programming Digital Projects Loading task guides on to relevant platforms
- Scheduling activities and reminders to launch in a timely manner
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Qualitative Market Research role
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively
- Proven track record of people management
- Solid Microsoft Office skills – including Word and Excel
- Experience with MROC platforms or an interest in the role of technology in qual research
