Description


Are you a qualitative researcher looking for an exciting next step in your career? Do you enjoy working on high profile global accounts within the FMCG industry?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Qualitative Research Executive to join our research team. In this role, you will support the design, execution, and analysis of qualitative research projects for a range of clients in the FMCG sector.
You will be instrumental in uncovering consumer motivations, behaviors, and attitudes to help drive strategic decisions

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in the development of research proposals, discussion guides, and project timelines.
  • Conduct qualitative research methods such as focus groups, in-depth interviews (IDIs), ethnographies, online communities, and workshops.
  • Support fieldwork management, including liaising with recruiters, moderators, and venues.
  • Observe and take detailed notes during interviews and groups, and assist with moderation when required.
  • Conduct initial analysis and assist in identifying key themes, patterns, and insights.
  • Help produce debrief presentations and written reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging qualitative methodologies and industry trends.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, marketing, psychology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in market or social research, with a focus on qualitative methods.
  • Strong interest in understanding human behavior and motivations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and storytelling ability.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
