Hello Group is seeking to appoint a dedicated Administrative Assistant that will be responsible for overseeing operational, financial, and administrative functions along the Malawi Corridor. Key duties include end-to-end payroll processing, lease and expense reconciliation, bank instruction preparation, and close coordination with treasury on funding matters. The position also manages reporting functions such as driver behavior, cash handling, and payout analysis, while ensuring accurate record keeping for fuel usage, system access, and regional mapping.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
1-2 years experience in operations administration
Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Activities
- Payroll from Onboarding to payroll
- Maintenance of Lease Agreement/Rental records of Stores
- Reconciliation of expenses and record keeping of receipts
Funding
- Prepare instructions to banks
- Liaise closely with treasury and banks with funding-related queries
- Maintenance and record keeping of Cash File
- Journal management
Reports
- Driver behaviour reports (weekly)
- Cash Up/No Payout reporting (daily)
- Payout analysis (weekly)
General Administration
- Maintenance and record keeping of fuel usage
- Maintenance of staff User access on internal systems
- Maintenance of Google Maps of our Footprint in Malawi
- Assist with ad hoc admin activities relating to the Malawi Corridor
