Main Job Functions

Internal Collaboration:

  • Finance: Coordinate with Finance team for budget forecasts, invoice processing, and cost recovery.

  • Operations: Work closely with Operations and sales team to ensure logistical efficiency and effective implementation of processes.

  • Engage with external service providers for any concerns or escalations related to service provider performance and operational requirements.

  • Collaborate with external service providers for specific service requirements, ensuring all operations align with company standards and timelines.

External Collaboration:

  • Service Providers: Maintain and nurture relationships with service providers, ensuring they meet our operational standards and cost requirements.

  • Handle all enquiries and complaints from customers promptly and within prescribed turnaround times, ensuring transparency and efficiency in our communications.

  • Maintain and foster relationships with key clients by compiling and presenting monthly reports showcasing cost savings and addressing any issues.


External Collaboration:

  • 5 years Logistics Management, ideally experience in dealership
  • Tertiary qualification - Advantageous
  • Microsoft (all suites) - Advanced
