The ideal person
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and solutions-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. You should be a quick learner, a collaborative team player, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and experience:
A diploma or degree, and the willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for digital communication and content
Previous experience in your studies with any analytical or statistical tools will be advantageous
Key responsibilities (You will learn these skills)
Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms and blogs
Oversee client projects and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination, communication, and delivery
Attend and contribute to internal and client-facing meetings (e.g., campaign planning, creative reviews, performance reporting)
Develop creative briefs, proposals, and progress reports while managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Monitor internal workflows and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
Support social media strategy, moderation, and community management
Conduct market research and compile competitive insights to inform strategic recommendations
Maintain a deep understanding of client brands, industry categories, and audience segments
Preferred competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Confident navigating major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
Demonstrated ability to write in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A customer-centric mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
Bonus points if you:
Have an encyclopedic knowledge of the Star Wars universe
Can identify every iteration of Batman
Occasionally bake for your colleagues
Have attempted to use the Force — successfully or otherwise
