- Managing the Channel Distribution Sales Team in JHB, through formidable leadership and strategic actions
- Stratergising on ways to ensure that each team member meets targets every month
- Collaborating with our team and their customers to ensure growth in the Channel Distribution sector
- Working closely with our marketing team to ensure all marketing strategies tie up with sales activities
- Ensuring that internal procedures are followed, ensuring efficient workflow in the workplace
- Contributing to the Management Team, with regards strategic discussions within the business
- Implementing training where required
Key skills
- A degree in Sales Management will be an advantage, but not essential
- Sales Management Experience Essential
- Knowledge of our industry (With a good understanding of the retail market)
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Strong Admin Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong planning and organisation skills is essential
- Computer Literate and the ability to analyse Data is essential
- Energetic
- Own Car essential with a valid SA drivers license
