Here’s what we need from you:
  • Sales Administrative experience in a software company within the mineral resources (mining) sector is desirable
  • Work experience in a technology-oriented company
  • Experience in providing administrative support to the sales teams
  • Experience in direct engagement with corporate clients
  • 3 years of mandatory experience in general administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of a CRM system and experience using Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Appropriate academic qualification
  • Office management experience will be beneficial
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for delivering excellent client service and client satisfaction
  • To be intrinsically motivated and bring you can-do attitude
The fine print of this gig:
This is a full-time, permanent position, and you will be based in the acQuire office in Illovo, Johannesburg. acQuire embraces a hybrid working model where you must be in the office for 3 days each week. You will report to the Commercial Account Manager Lead for the EMEA region. Your role will be to support our customer-facing commercial team, processing of licences and services orders, administration and processing of year one maintenance orders, creating quotes for the sales teams, licence provisioning, re-assignment and support, customer contact details management and event logistics. Furthermore, you will also register customers for learning events, assist with document management and other general administration duties as required. You will expand our already highly effective Commercial Administration function.
