What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to deal close
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads, while also building outbound motion
- Lead engaging discovery calls and deliver compelling, value-based pitches
- Guide franchise candidates, operators, and business owners through the decision-making process
- Keep your pipeline clean, organized, and updated in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Collaborate with leadership on optimizing messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
- Surface insights on customer objections, buying behavior, and market dynamics
- Support team growth by mentoring junior reps and sharing best practices
- 2–3+ years of experience managing full-cycle sales, ideally in B2C, healthcare, or franchising
- Demonstrated success closing mid- to high-ticket deals with business owners or decision-makers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable tone
- Strong organizational habits and CRM fluency (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
- Experience working with service-based or operations-focused businesses is a big plus
- Self-starter mindset with comfort working remotely and aligning to Eastern Time hours
