Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic Copywriter to join our in-house global Marketing and Communications team. This role is perfect for a copywriter who is experienced in B2B financial services, passionate about creating impactful messaging, and excited to help define and elevate the Apex Group voice across multiple touchpoints.
You will create compelling content that spans thought leadership, digital campaigns, social media, sales enablement, product collateral, internal communications, and more — all with a view to enhancing our brand reputation and supporting commercial objectives.

Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic Copywriter to join our in-house global Marketing and Communications team. You will create compelling content that spans thought leadership, digital campaigns, social media, sales enablement, product collateral, internal communications, and more — all with a view to enhancing our brand reputation and supporting commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft clear, compelling, and audience-driven content for digital, print, and internal platforms.
- Shift the focus from what Apex Group offers to how it solves problems for clients, ensuring copy speaks directly to their needs and challenges
- Develop narratives that highlight how Apex Group’s services empower businesses, streamline operations and add value
- Use messaging that resonates with client pain points, market trends and client ambitions
- Work with portfolio marketing to understand the value proposition of products and target audiences to ensure all messaging aligns with client concerns and decision-making drivers
- Distil messages into catchy content that drives CTA’s
- Ensure all copy is aligned to TOV policy
- Be an advocate for more impactful copy across all platforms and marketing channels
- Translate complex financial concepts into engaging, on-brand narratives across various formats (e.g. articles, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, whitepapers, brochures).
- Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, product, and sales to deliver cohesive messaging aligned with our tone of voice and strategic goals.
- Support the development and rollout of global campaigns and content strategies.
- Help maintain and evolve our tone of voice guidelines to ensure consistency across regions and teams.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to inform content strategy and identify storytelling opportunities.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure high quality, accuracy, and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.
- 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in a B2B financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of institutional finance, asset management, and/or private markets is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to write for different audiences, channels, and content types.
- Strong conceptual thinking with an eye for detail and a flair for storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content trends.
- Experience using content and marketing tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, Optimizely)
