About The Role
The Digital Strategy Lead will work alongside the Investment & Solutions partner to create and optimise opportunities that position GroupM Nexus as a market leader. This role combines programmatic expertise, strategic ideation, and sales acumen to curate innovative products and solutions while fostering strong relationships with media owners and tech partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Programmatic Expertise:
- Lead programmatic strategies, including SPO (Supply Path Optimization), SSP initiatives, and shifting spend from IO/premium to programmatic.
- Drive innovation in addressable TV, pDOOH, dynamic creative, and new channels.
- Analyse media costs, value benchmarks, and metrics to identify suitable media partners and deliver market advantage.
- Digital Strategy & Idea Conceptualisation:
- Develop compelling strategies to meet client objectives using Nexus Solutions offerings.
- Create tailored media solutions that drive performance, audience engagement, and budget efficacy.
- Partner with clients to conceptualise impactful ideas and optimise campaign results.
- Sales Experience & Growth:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client teams
- Evaluate and onboard partners to enhance solutions offerings.
- Drive the growth of Nexus Solutions’ P&L annually through strategic sales initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including programmatic, display, audio and video platforms.
- Expertise in buying models and the digital supply chain (brand safety, SPO, viewability, tech fees).
- Ability to analyse data and visualise insights using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solution-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
