Is this role right for you?

As the Communications Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in executing internal and external communications that bring our company culture, people, and values to life. This role supports the Global Communications Lead while owning the delivery of key campaigns, content creation, and storytelling across various platforms.

What We Want You To Own In This Role

  • Collaborate with the Workplace Team. Support the workplace team in the development of company initiatives and provide communications which engage team members across the business.
  • Video Editing & Visual Content Creation. Support video content production, including basic editing and post-production for team member features, highlights, or campaigns. Create graphic assets (using Canva and Adobe Express) to support internal campaigns and external social media.
  • Copywriting. Write and edit clear, engaging copy for comms materials including newsletters, internal campaigns, leadership updates, and company-wide announcements.
  • Content Calendar Creation Support. Support and maintain comprehensive content calendars for our various brands. Plan and organize content across platforms (LinkedIn, Slack posts and newsletters, etc.). You will also align the calender with company campaigns, events, and key announcements, ensuring timely and consistent content distribution.
  • Internal Communications. Collect stories and updates from across the company and turn them into compelling, shareable stories. Collaborate with teams to highlight employee achievements, new projects, and company-wide events.
  • External Communications. Use the stories that have been sourced from various departments to create and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts that position our company’s brands as employers of choice. Support the teams responsible for external campaigns, events and conferences to ensure that our brands messages are communicated clearly and effectively and in alignment with brand guidelines.

A Little Bit About You And Your Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, marketing, or related field
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Some exposure to operating in an international environment
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, basic video editing software like Adobe Rush or Premiere Pro.
  • Creative mindset and ability to adapt tone of voice across channels
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and capturing stories across offices
