Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership & Relationship Building:

  • Serve as the strategic lead and main point of contact for key clients across digital and marketing projects.
  • Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and commercial value.
  • Understand your clients industries, challenges, and goals and help solve them through smart digital thinking.


Strategic Digital & Social Campaigns:

  • Translate client objectives into robust digital strategies, including social media plans, paid media, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Develop strategic project briefs that inspire teams and align with broader business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on platform selection, tone of voice, content calendars, and engagement strategies.


Project Oversight & Delivery Excellence:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital and social campaignsensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Manage scopes, schedules, and stakeholder expectations through tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira.
  • Ensure functional specifications, briefs, and documentation are clear, actionable, and aligned with project goals.


Performance & Insights:

  • Lead the development of campaign reports, providing clients with actionable insights and performance metrics.
  • Continuously review and refine campaign approaches and optimisation with relevant paid specialists based on data, platform trends, and audience behaviours.


Budgeting & Financial Control:

  • Own the financialsscoping, estimating, and managing budgets with precision.
  • Ensure projects remain profitable while delivering value for money to clients.


Team Leadership & Internal Collaboration:

  • Inspire and lead cross-functional teams of creatives, strategists, developers, and producers.
  • Foster a positive, solutions-focused environment that drives collaboration and innovation.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their growth within the agency.


Market Awareness & Innovation:

  • Stay current with digital and social trends, from TikTok algorithms to emerging AI tools.
  • Introduce fresh thinking to clients and internal teams, helping us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Bring forward new tools, platforms, or practices that improve our delivery and impact.


What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in a digital agency or integrated marketing environment, with senior-level client-facing experience.
  • A position relevant Masters/Honours Degree
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms (organic and paid), digital strategy, content marketing, and performance reporting.
  • Confident in managing multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial thinking and pitch with impact.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach when things get busy (as they often do).
