External Sales Consultant

Taropa Technologies is seeking an exceptional External Sale Consultant to sell Print Hardware, Software, Consumables and Hardware Accessories to our Print Dealer network. The role involves but not limited to ensuring the quality and consistency of product and service delivery, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth.
DUTIES & TASKS
The duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned from time to
time:
Sales Management
- Helping with product selections,
- Providing verbal/ written quotations,
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge,
- Ensuring prompt and accurate processing.
- Interacting and assist clients via the phone,
- Gather market and competitor information.
- Perform deliveries and site repairs as needed,
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new customers and market opportunities,
- Generate sales leads, meet or exceed sales goals,
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports,
- Follow up on quotes, delivery dates, and client payments,
- Answering inquiries about products, prices, and availability.
- Fostering strong client relationships and addressing concerns.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to clients.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients to achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, and demonstrate company products.
- Coordinate with the Customers to schedule appointments, follow-ups, and customer visits.
- Prepare quotations, internal order forms, and purchase orders through email and internal systems.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12) - Essential
- Proven Sales experience in a related industry - Essential
- In-depth knowledge of the brand and its products. - Essential
- Strong client care & customer service experience - Essential
- Strong analytics, interpretation, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
