Reporting to: CEO

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the strategic overhaul and ongoing execution of our marketing function. This role is about substance over style—turning decks, case studies, campaigns, and communications into tools that deliver measurable results.

You’ll work closely with the CEO to elevate both the company and personal brand, ensuring we communicate with clarity, impact, and relevance—especially to decision-makers in construction and data centre sectors.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who understands the commercial side of marketing, is driven by ROI, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and elevate the company’s brand as well as the CEO’s personal profile.

  • Review and refine existing materials, including case studies, marketing decks, and tender submissions.

  • Design and execute strategic, multi-channel B2B campaigns focused on performance and lead generation.

  • Craft compelling marketing content that resonates with construction and data centre executives.

  • Support the business development team with impactful proposal and pitch materials.

  • Align marketing initiatives with business growth goals, collaborating closely with leadership.

  • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and inform decisions.

  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all content and communication channels.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally within construction, recruitment, or international B2B sectors.

  • Proven track record of building or elevating B2B brands with tangible results.

  • Strategic mindset with strong executional ability—can turn ideas into outcomes.

  • Excellent written communication and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Comfortable working in a lean, agile environment where output trumps hierarchy.

  • Clarity of thought, purpose-driven communication, and a no-nonsense approach to marketing.

  • Values-driven, commercially minded, and culturally aware.

What You'll Bring

  • A sharp eye for what makes content not just “look good,” but actually work.

  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach—able to deliver quickly without compromising quality.

  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines while staying focused on the bigger picture.

  • An understanding that great marketing is about business outcomes, not buzzwords.

If you’re ready to make a real impact and be part of a high-growth recruitment business with international reach, we’d love to hear from you.
