As we expand our performance team, we’re looking for a hands-on, analytical paid social campaign manager with experience across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to help build and optimise campaigns that drive measurable growth for our clients.
Role overview
This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level campaign manager who has hands-on experience building, optimising, and reporting on paid social campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Head of Performance to execute against client goals, deliver meaningful results, and grow your expertise in a supportive and high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign setup and execution
Build and launch campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Ensure proper campaign structure, budget allocation, tracking parameters (UTMs), and audience segmentation
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure assets are aligned with campaign objectives
Campaign optimisation
Monitor performance and proactively optimise for key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
Adjust targeting, bidding strategies, creative rotation, and placements based on performance insights
A/B test creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve results
Reporting and insights
Prepare regular reports and dashboards highlighting performance, learnings, and opportunities
Extract key insights to share with internal teams and clients
Make strategic recommendations based on campaign data
Collaboration and growth
Work closely with the Head of Performance on campaign strategy, pacing, and client updates
Join internal brainstorms, reviews, and planning sessions
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your performance marketing skillset
What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns in a performance marketing role (agency or in-house)
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok and LinkedIn Ads required
Strong understanding of paid social KPIs and optimisation tactics
Confident working with numbers, dashboards, and performance reports
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations in client-facing documents or calls
Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of your performance craft
Bonus Points
Experience with Google Ads, GA4, or cross-channel reporting dashboards
Exposure to e-commerce brands and conversion-focused campaigns
Familiarity with creative testing methodologies
