Are you someone who can:
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Ensure correct invoicing and maintenance was concluded to decrease losses to the bank
- Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME's, project managers and senior staff members
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines regarding the Bank's Facilities and maintenance
- Assimilate and record maintenance data and control and co-ordinate all contractual services including checking and processing contractual and ad hoc maintenance invoices processes
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
- Follow up on matters under diary
- Reporting to the Facilities Manager on a regular basis.
- Supervising cleaning crews and maintenance workers.
- Investigate fresh ideas for services and appliances to help with operations.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Qualification: Matric and relevant qualification
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and air conditioning
- Some knowledge in project management , or similar.
- A completed course in facilities management will be advantageous.
- Experience in building and equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules.
- Ability to respond to building and equipment emergencies.
- Knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
