Technical Support
Provide guidance to Sales Teams, R&D, Customers, Pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
Regularly review and set regional pricing structures
Advertising & Public Relations
Lead targeted global and regional advertising initiatives
Appoint and manage advertising and PR agencies
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns across all platforms
Finance & Budgets
Set and manage annual marketing budgets and regional sales targets
New Business Development
Uncover and nurture new business opportunities
Lead expansion into untapped markets and territories
Executive Leadership
Play an integral role in the Group Executive Team
Champion innovative business ideas and foster leadership excellence
Compliance & Company Standards
Ensure full adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
Uphold HR policies and OHS legislation
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or a related field
High level of computer literacy
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Africa and internationally
Significant experience in the animal health or pharmaceutical industries
Proven management experience with strong leadership capability
Demonstrated success in sales and marketing within relevant sectors
Between 5 - 7 Years
