Job Title: PPC Specialist (Mid-Level)
Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to join our search engine marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and is passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools, automation, and data to drive meaningful results. You’ll work across various client portfolios, using Google Ads and modern AI platforms to create, manage, and optimise paid media strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign planning and execution
Develop and manage full-funnel Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research and write compelling, audience-targeted ad copy.
Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini etc. for content generation, keyword clustering, and insights.
Implement and manage Google Ads automation, Smart Bidding, and Scripts for efficient campaign scaling.
Maintain campaign hygiene and ensure consistent performance optimisation.
AI and automation integration
Use AI tools for audience profiling, predictive modeling, and ad performance forecasting.
Integrate AI dashboards for real-time performance tracking and anomaly detection.
Automate reporting, remarketing list creation, and audience segmentation using platforms like GA4 and GTM.
Research, strategy and reporting
Contribute to search engine marketing strategies that incorporate machine learning and advanced data modeling.
Use tools like Otto, Gemini, and Search Atlas for forecasting, budget planning, and competitor insights.
Present data-rich reports with actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
Continuously upskill on the latest in AI, automation, and PPC innovations through our internal knowledge-sharing culture.
Budget and bid management
Manage media budgets responsibly with focus on Smart Bidding and ROI.
Forecast performance outcomes using historical data and predictive AI tools.
Optimise spend allocation across channels, campaigns and audiences using data-led attribution models.
Success measures
AI tools meaningfully improve performance while reducing manual workload.
Campaign briefs are turned around swiftly and accurately.
Client reports are enhanced through live dashboards and strategic insights.
Your work contributes to a measurable uplift in lead quality, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
Departmental performance and innovation benchmarks are continuously exceeded.
What we’re looking for:
Qualifications
Relevant degree/diploma (BCom, Marketing, Digital Strategy, etc.).
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications (GA4)
Skills and experience
Two-plus years of experience in paid media (Google Ads is a Required skill set)
Experience using AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copy.ai, etc.) for campaign strategy or execution.
Proficient with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and automated reporting tools
Strong understanding of Performance Max, Smart Bidding, and campaign attribution
