Job Description:
Planning and forecasting: Responsible for the coordination, preparation and on time submission of the annual Operating plan (P&L, BS, cashflow etc.), Forecast 1,2 &3, monthly operating plan, SOP, along with other related responsibilities.
Accounts Receivable and Credit Management: Responsible for the full credit management function including customer detail maintenance on SAP, in agreement with company and group directives.
Supplier Management: New supplier creation and management on the SAP system. Accounts payable management and maintenance of the central supplier database.
Annual Financial Audit: Providing on time and accurate accounting records and supporting documents to the external auditors, supporting the financial manager and auditors with queries.
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Responsible for the full ERM function (including One-roof).
Insurance: Full insurance management of the company.
SAP Administrator and system improvements: Maintenance of all AZA users and access rights on SAP
General: Weekly and monthly reporting, along with other adhoc requirements as laid out by the Finance manager and CFO.
Leadership/People: Effectively manage, motivate and develop the staff under his or her responsibility. Provide coaching and support to direct team members and be an effective business partner to the organisation.
Monitoring Performance: Preparation and submission of the monthly generated cost report to Group. Interpretation of financial data with gap analysis and implementation of corrective measures.
Compliance: Ensure full financial compliance with all group and internal directives, processes and procedures. Supporting annual compliance campaigns. Creating compliance awareness and conformance in the finance department.

- Effective Communication skills (written and verbal) - excellent
- Effective Project Management skills - compiling of project plan and coordination of project.
- Microsoft Programmes (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); GSuite; SAP;
- SAP experience is non-negotiable.
- Advanced Excel skill is non-negotiable
- Accounting Degree
- Qualified Chartered Accountant/CIMA/CMA/ACCA/CFA would be advantageous
- 4 years plus experience in Accounting or Finance within a company
- Experience in managing a team - (an advantage)
