We’re hiring a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale fast. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, working closely with internal teams and tech clients to identify top-tier candidates. We’re looking for someone who brings hands-on staffing experience—ideally from a large recruiting firm—along with the confidence to conduct technical interviews and manage multiple roles at once.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles
- Own high-volume pipelines and keep requisitions filled across multiple departments
- Conduct technical interviews to screen for role-specific capabilities and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers and tech clients to align on hiring needs and expectations
- Engage with candidates at every stage of the process to create a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate records using ATS and sourcing platforms
- Help optimize recruiting processes and share ideas for continuous improvement
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from a large staffing agency
- Strong foundation in technical recruiting and confidence in conducting technical interviews
- Experience supporting tech clients and understanding their hiring needs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
- Ability to work PST hours at least a few days per week
- Highly organized and deadline-driven
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with a process-oriented approach
