The Opportunity

We’re seeking a senior-level Business Development Representative (BDR) who is self-motivated, sales-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. This is a contract-based, full-time role. Strong English proficiency is essential; a South African accent is preferred.

Compensation

  • Total: $3,000 USD/month
  • Base: 50-65% of total comp
  • Commission: Remainder (potentially uncapped)

What You’ll Do

  • Pre-qualify inbound leads and set appointments for Marketing Consultants
  • Conduct 20-40 discovery calls weekly with remodeling and custom home-building business owners
  • Follow up via email, phone, and text with engaged prospects
  • Record detailed notes and manage leads in HubSpot CRM
  • Track key metrics (show rates, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine processes

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • Fluent, well-spoken English (South African accent preferred)
  • 3+ years in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • HubSpot CRM experience
  • Positive, growth-oriented mindset and self-discipline
  • Consultative, high-touch sales background
