Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate / equivalent
BCom in Law (Essential)
National Diploma in Quantity Surveying will be advantageous
Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, MBA or LLM will be advantageous
Certification in Fidic, NEC or contract management
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Contract Law and Procurement
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Financial Control and Compliance
Proficiency in ERP Systems such as CCS, JDE or Sage
Strong leadership and communication skills
Document drafting
Roles & Responsibilities
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing commercial leadership for project execution and close-out
Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and service level agreements
Manage commercial correspondences
Lead commercial aspects of bids and pricing evaluations
Ensure adherence to policies and deliver commercial reports
Mentor quantity surveyors and promote best practices
Develop budgets, control costs, and oversee cash flow and invoicing
