Manager - AI Employee Experience

Mission

The Manager - AI Employee Experience will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing AI-driven solutions, that seamlessly integrate into processes and systems, tailored to meet the evolving needs of employees with a focus improving employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction and enabling a more connected and efficient workforce

The role will also drive the design of AI solutions that prioritize user-centricity, ensuring that products and tools are use-friendly, intuitive, and tailored to employee needs. By leveraging advanced AI, the role will contribute to transforming the employee lifecycle in alignment with organizational objectives

Additionally, the Manager - AI Employee Experience will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI technologies that are scalable, efficient, and meet the needs of a modern, evolving workplace while maintaining a strong focus on employee satisfaction and growth
