We are looking for an experienced Technical Advisor to join our contact centre team and provide technical support to customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and services, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

- Answer incoming calls from customers seeking technical assistance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions over the phone
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team or department
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the system
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on technical products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of technical products and services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using call centre software and customer relationship management tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in technical support or customer service
- Bilingual in English and another language
